SCCIA Shares Details about 2023 Executive Educational Conference

The South Carolina Captive Insurance Association (SCCIA) has announced that Devon Harris, a founding member of the Jamaican national bobsled team, will be the keynote speaker at the SCCIA's Annual Executive Educational Conference this September.

The 2023 SCCIA conference will take place September 26–28 at the Hyatt Place and Sterling Hall in Charleston, South Carolina.

According to the SCCIA, Mr. Harris, who competed in multiple Winter Olympics, is now an acclaimed international speaker and mindset-resilient coach who will share details of his own journey of overcoming poverty and risking personal ridicule and safety to succeed beyond expectations. In the process, Mr. Harris will outline what it takes to find a unique vision, how to focus and stay on track, and how to persevere to overcome obstacles.

The SCCIA also shared information on some of the topics that will be addressed at this year's conference. Session topics for this year's conference include the following.
