Christine Brown has been appointed deputy commissioner of the Vermont Department of Financial Regulation's Captive Insurance Division. Ms. Brown had served as acting deputy commissioner of the division since the beginning of the year. She had been Vermont's director of captive insurance since 2022 and joined the division in 2003.
