The North Carolina Captive Insurance Association (NCCIA) has announced its board leadership for the 2026–2027 term and elected three new directors to its board.

Serving as NCCIA officers for 2026–2027 are B. Scott Bailey, Carr Riggs & Ingram, as chair; Paige Bell, Lockton, as vice chair; Michael Arcangel, Strategic Risk Solutions, as secretary; and Lea Riddle, Marsh McLennan, as immediate past chair.

The association also elected three new board members to 3-year terms running from 2026 through 2029. Joining the board are Brian Ridgway of CIC Services, Philip Stack of Howden, and Rob Walling of Pinnacle Actuaries.

According to NCCIA, the newly elected directors will participate in their first board meeting on August 24 during the association's annual conference in Charlotte. The association said the new members bring additional industry insight, leadership, and experience to its governing board.

The leadership announcement comes ahead of NCCIA's 2026 Annual Conference, scheduled for August 23–26 in Charlotte, North Carolina.
