Vermont Names 2 to Top Department of Financial Regulation Posts
Vermont Governor Phil Scott has named Kevin Gaffney as commissioner of Vermont's Department of Financial Regulation (DFR) and Emily Brown as the DFR's deputy commissioner of insurance.
