Guernsey Finance Appoints Barnaby Molloy Deputy Chief Executive

Guernsey Finance, the promotional agency for Guernsey's financial services sector, has appointed Barnaby Molloy deputy chief executive.

Mr. Molloy, who was previously operations and marketing director, has been with the organization for 5 years. He has more than 15 years of experience in marketing in financial services and gaming, specializing in digital marketing strategy and execution, governance, team leading, and business development. He is a member of the Chartered Institute of Marketing and the Chartered Institute of Directors.

"I believe that the team we have now is fully aligned in both purpose and values, going into what is an undoubtedly challenging but incredibly exciting time in the promotional body's history," Mr. Molloy said in a statement. "Guernsey's strengths of expertise, stability, innovation, and substance are more important than ever in our role as one of the world's leading finance centers."

Guernsey Finance Chief Executive Rupert Pleasant said Mr. Molloy's promotion reflected his commitment to the organization and added that it will strengthen the Guernsey Finance team.

"Barnaby's promotion is very well deserved," Mr. Pleasant said in the statement. "He is a valued member of the team and brings extensive knowledge and expertise, as well as a can-do attitude, to the role. The whole team is thrilled to congratulate him at this exciting time for Guernsey Finance."
