Registration is now open for the inaugural Mid Rivers Risk Forum, a new conference set to bring together the Midwestern risk management and captive insurance communities this fall in St. Louis. The forum, scheduled for September 28–30, 2025, will feature educational sessions, expert speakers, and networking opportunities designed to shape the future of risk leadership across industries.

The event is backed by several key partner organizations, including the St. Louis Chapter of RIMS, Greater Kansas City RIMS, Ozark Area RIMS, the Show-Me Missouri Captive Insurance Division, and the Missouri Captive Insurance Association (MOCIA). These groups represent a wide spectrum of expertise—from collegiate partnerships to regulatory excellence—and are contributing to the development of the event's programming and outreach.

Early bird registration is now available through June 30, 2025. Attendees will receive full access to all conference sessions, insights on emerging trends in risk management, and opportunities to build strategic industry connections.

Organizers are also accepting speaker submissions from professionals in risk management, captive insurance, self-insurance, and related fields. Interested experts are invited to submit their bios to be considered for the conference agenda.

In addition, sponsorship opportunities remain available for companies seeking exposure to decision-makers and influencers in the risk and insurance space.

The Mid Rivers Risk Forum aims to serve as a regional hub for innovation, education, and collaboration in the risk sector. Find out more.
