Registration is open for this year's Virtual Bermuda Captive Conference to be held September 9–11.

Amidst continued uncertainty around the global COVID-19 pandemic, the Bermuda Captive Conference committee decided earlier this year to hold the conference as a virtual event.

According to conference organizers, this year's fully digital event will examine trends in the global captive market and bring together industry professionals for online learning and connectivity.

Bermuda Captive Conference organizers said this year's virtual event will offer new opportunities for participants to engage in thought-provoking sessions, tap captive insurance industry resources, participate in sponsor webinars, and network in real-time with other attendees both one-on-one and in discussion forums.

The digital conference will bring together captive insurance managers, brokers, and service providers as well as captive insurance company owners and risk managers. The virtual conference experience will include the following.

  • Opportunities to participate in live sessions with speakers
  • Networking opportunities with other attendees
  • Interactions with conference sponsors in a virtual exhibit hall
  • Access to exclusive captive insurance industry content and resources
  • Opportunities to participate in discussion forums
  • Ability to rewatch sessions on-demand
  • A web-based platform with no downloads required
  • Accessible on any device

There will be no charge for captive insurance company owners to attend this year's conference. All other attendees will be charged a flat fee of $100 for the 3-day event. To register for the 2020 Virtual Bermuda Captive Conference, visit the conference's website.
