Business Insurance magazine recently announced that Hylant Global Captive Solutions Leader Anne Marie Towle is one of this year's winners of its Women To Watch awards.

Launched in 2006, the award recognizes women leaders doing outstanding work in risk management and commercial insurance. Nominated by readers based on their accomplishments, expertise, leadership, and future prospects, honorees are selected by a panel of editors.

Expanded in 2017, the awards also include a separate program for women executives in Europe, the Middle East, and Africa (EMEA).

"I am honored to be included in the ranks of such distinguished women and named in this year's Women To Watch," said Ms. Towle. "I look forward to joining my fellow honorees to share our experiences and expertise."

Ms. Towle has built a career in the captive insurance industry, serving as a leading voice for the industry's growth and to those seeking career advancement and leadership roles. With more than 25 years of industry experience, she served most recently as executive vice president at JLT Insurance Management, where she led the captive practice.

She has also been actively involved in captive insurance organizations at the local, state, and national level, serving on numerous boards and committees with the Vermont Captive Insurance Association, International Center for Captive Insurance Education, Captive Insurance Companies Association, World Captive Forum, and the South Carolina Captive Insurance Association.

This year's 30 honorees will be presented at the New York Women To Watch Awards and Leadership Conference in December. The 20 honorees for Women To Watch EMEA will be presented in London this November.
