Departures sign

Captive manager Artex Risk Solutions has disclosed that several key executives have left the company.

Executives Karl Huish, Jeremy Huish, and Berri Walker left Artex at the end of August.

"Our number one priority is to provide exemplary service to our clients. This is a seamless transition and it will not affect how we run our business," Artex said in a statement.

Separately, Artex announced that Executive Vice President Kevin Heffernan will take on responsibility for Artex's North American captive practice. His responsibilities will include leading Artex's captive operations, including domicile management, across the United States, as well as staff management in Hawaii; Mesa, Arizona; South Carolina; and Vermont.

Mr. Heffernan, who has been with Artex since 2005, has extensive experience in the design, implementation, and operation of captives, Artex said.
