Ms. Poulin is an associate actuary with the Boston office of Milliman, where she has been part of the actuarial consulting team since 2020. She provides support in loss reserving, funding, feasibility studies, and data analysis for a variety of property and casualty insurance clients, including insurers, captives, and state insurance departments.
Ms. Poulin's work includes assisting with regulatory reviews of rate filings for both the Rhode Island Division of Insurance and the Mississippi Insurance Department. She also contributes to actuarial reporting and feasibility studies that help clients manage risk and evaluate captive insurance strategies. Her research and thought leadership include coauthoring Circular Flow of Funds for Captive Insurers: Argument or Fact?
Ms. Poulin is an Associate of the Casualty Actuarial Society (ACAS) and a Member of the American Academy of Actuaries (MAAA).
