Mr. Johnson, FCAS, MAAA, leads Spring Consulting Group's property and casualty team and works on a range of client projects as well as regulatory initiatives. With 15 years of experience working in reserving, pricing, alternative risk transfer, and reinsurance risk transfer, Mr. Johnson is responsible for developing Spring's property and casualty actuarial products and services for both large and small captive insurance companies, self-insured entities, and traditional insurance companies. His role includes issuing statements of actuarial opinions, reserve reviews, captive application reviews, captive feasibility studies, pricing/funding studies, retention analyses, financial statement projections, and risk transfer testing analyses. Before joining Spring Consulting Group in 2017, Mr. Johnson worked at Bartlett Actuarial Group and previously worked at Milliman and Allstate.
