Mr. Noga serves as director of captives at the South Carolina Department of Insurance. He He brings more than 30 years of experience in the insurance industry, along with a master of laws degree from the University of Connecticut and a juris doctor from the Quinnipiac University School of Law.
Mr. Noga previously served as senior vice president and general counsel at GuideOne Insurance Group.
