SIIA Seeks Responses for 2026 Captive Insurance Industry Survey

The Self-Insurance Institute of America (SIIA) is currently seeking respondents to their 2026 Captive Industry Survey, which highlights insights from across the captive insurance spectrum. The survey is designed to capture current trends, identify emerging risks, and collect input from captive owners, service providers, captive managers, advisers, and brokers.

SIIA encourages both experienced professionals and those exploring the captive model to participate. The questionnaire includes general industry questions and role-specific sections to ensure relevance across all segments of the captive space.

Survey responses are due by Friday, August 21, 2026. All participants will be entered into a drawing to win either a discounted registration to any 2027 SIIA conference or a $250 Amazon gift card.

Survey findings and analysis will be shared with all participants and formally presented during SIIA's 2026 National Conference in Phoenix, Arizona, October 11–13, 2026, and subsequently available at www.siia.org.
