Johnson Lambert LLP, a public accounting and advisory firm serving the insurance, nonprofit, and employee benefit plan markets, has announced a new leadership structure designed to support its strategic growth plan. The changes, effective January 1, 2027, establish separate leadership responsibilities for industry growth strategies and practice operations.

Allan Autry will lead the firm's insurance industry strategy, overseeing growth initiatives, market expansion, and client priorities. Mr. Autry, a Certified Public Accountant (CPA) and tax partner specializing in captive insurance and commercial insurance, was named to Captive Review's 2026 Power 50 and regularly speaks at international insurance conferences.

Andrea Wright will oversee the nonprofit and employee benefit plan markets. Ms. Wright, a CPA who serves on the firm's executive committee, has more than 20 years of experience serving tax-exempt organizations and employee benefit plan clients. She received the Illinois CPA Society's 2026 Distinguished Service Award.

Industry leaders will be responsible for developing growth strategies and coordinating with practice and business leadership teams on investments, market positioning, and client priorities.

Three additional partners will oversee practice operations, including financial performance, staffing, innovation, and professional development.

Scott Hall will lead the audit practice. A CPA with 20 years of experience managing audit engagements for insurance, nonprofit, and employee benefit plan clients, Mr. Hall has served two terms on the firm's executive committee.

Kregg Guestin will oversee the tax practice. A CPA specializing in tax compliance and consulting for commercial and captive insurance clients, Mr. Guestin was recognized as a 2025 Emerging Leader by the American Property Casualty Insurance Association.

Kim Mobley will lead the advisory practice. Holding CPA, Certified Information Systems Auditor (CISA), and Certified Information Systems Security Professional (CISSP) credentials, Ms. Mobley currently leads the firm's information technology (IT) assurance and consulting practice and has more than 20 years of experience advising boards and audit committees on technology risk.

All five leaders will report to Brandy Vannoy, managing partner, who will oversee the new structure across the firm.

"This redesign reflects a firm mentality: decisive leadership matched with clear practice accountability and strategic alignment," Ms. Vannoy said. "I have complete trust in the partners stepping into these roles, and their experience sharpens our ability to scale our core capabilities, attract premium talent, and go deeper in the markets we serve. Together, it positions Johnson Lambert for sustained growth for years to come."

The restructuring follows Johnson Lambert's 40th anniversary in April 2026 and the August launch of its financial and operations advisory practice, which expanded the firm's advisory capabilities.
