The Insurance Managers Association of Cayman (IMAC) has announced the agenda for the 2026 Cayman Captive Forum, scheduled for December 1–3 at the Ritz-Carlton Grand Cayman.

The 3-day event will feature keynote addresses, technical sessions and interactive panels covering developments in captive insurance, regulation, artificial intelligence (AI), cybersecurity, reinsurance, and healthcare. This year's Wednesday program has been expanded to include a third concurrent track, giving attendees access to a broader range of sessions.

"We are proud to present another powerful agenda that reflects the evolution of the global captive insurance industry," Michael Wild, chair of the Cayman Captive Forum Committee, said.

"Across the forum, our sessions bring together a mix of perspectives—from regulators, industry leaders, and innovators—designed to help captive owners and service providers navigate change and capture new opportunities," Mr. Wild said.

Chris Norton, a speaker, author, and high-performance coach, will deliver the opening keynote address. Eric O'Neill, a cybersecurity expert, former FBI counterintelligence operative, attorney, and bestselling author, will deliver a second keynote focused on his experience spanning espionage, national security, and cybersecurity.

The agenda also includes an insurance market update presented by Daniel Aronson of Marsh and a session on AI transformation presented by Owen Lewis of KPMG Ireland. The Cayman Islands Monetary Authority will provide a regulatory update.

A session on new ideas and emerging opportunities beyond traditional captives will feature Dan Towle of CICA, Brady Young of SRS, Sara J. Brundage of Honigman, and Zeb Holt of Artex Risk Solutions.

Shane Caldwell of Community Insurance Group SPC, Bruce Whitmore of Willis Towers Watson, and Martha Raymond of Commencement Re will present a session on developing a 5-year captive strategic plan.

Tony De Quintal of KPMG and Karn Saroya of Re will discuss taking reinsurance innovation from concept to regulatory approval. Another session will examine legislative risk, advocacy and the evolution of healthcare captives, featuring Tim Norton of Augusta Health/Lifecore Community, Angela Dignan of RCM&D, Yohann Regnard of Artex, and Kyle Surface of IRMS Actuary.

The full agenda is available online. Registration remains open through the Cayman Captive Forum website.
