Tony Packo, formerly chief strategy officer, has been named executive vice president and will work alongside CEO Bubba Berenzweig to align strategic decisions with the company's cultural and sustainability goals.
Pat McDaniel has been promoted to chief strategy officer and will lead enterprise-wide initiatives. During his 12 years with the company, Mr. McDaniel has overseen multiple areas, including administrative services, mergers and acquisitions (M&A), transaction solutions, and executive risk and cyber practices.
Reporting to Mr. McDaniel, Andrew Kurt has been appointed president of financial lines. He will focus on expanding executive risk solutions and building new services for the financial services sector.
Clay Jennings, a nearly 30-year Hylant veteran, has been named chief revenue officer and will be responsible for driving top-line growth and coordinating retention strategies.
Anne Marie Towle now leads Hylant Consulting, which includes analytics, business risk consulting, captive management, M&A and transaction solutions, and outsourced consulting services. Kip Irle, president, and Joe Wieligman, chief operations officer (COO), will help lead the division's continued expansion.
Dave Norris has been appointed CEO of the Great Lakes region, overseeing operations and growth across major Midwest markets. Shannon Orr has been promoted to associate COO, a new role supporting COO Joe Herman in advancing operational performance and client experience across the organization.
Jamie Heldt will take on a new leadership position focused on expanding the company's presence in North and South Carolina. Additional details will be released soon by Brian Boone and Chris Godley.
Michael Maitland has been promoted to managing director of the new strategic risk advisory vertical, which will support complex commercial insurance and risk management clients.
These moves come as Hylant reports more than 10 percent organic growth over the past 3 years and prepares to nearly double in size over the next decade.
"Our people are the foundation of our success," Mr. Berenzweig said. "These appointments reflect the exceptional talent within Hylant and our unwavering commitment to delivering value and service as we grow."
