HDI Global Names Phil McDowell to Lead Sales for IP and Captive Insurance

HDI Global SE has appointed Phil McDowell as global sales and distribution lead for international programs (IP) and captive insurance. Mr. McDowell, a chartered insurer with experience at RSA and Allianz, will be based in London and tasked with enhancing the company's multinational insurance offering through broker relationships and platform development.

HDI Global manages approximately 5,300 international programs and operates in more than 175 countries. The company said Mr. McDowell's role will focus on strengthening global broker engagement, improving the client and broker portal, and coordinating marketing efforts with local sales teams to expand the insurer's footprint.
