Declan O'Neill Joins Risk Management Advisors as Senior Captive Manager

Risk Management Advisors (RMA) has announced that Declan O'Neill has joined the firm as senior captive manager. Mr. O'Neill brings more than 17 years of experience in captive insurance management and financial services, strengthening the firm's operational capabilities as part of the fifth-largest captive manager in the United States.

In his new role, Mr. O'Neill will oversee captive insurance operations, client servicing, and regulatory compliance initiatives. He will leverage his technical expertise to enhance the firm's captive management services and support its continued growth in the mid-market sector.
