November 18, 2025
The 2025 Cayman Captive Forum has officially sold out, according to the Insurance Managers Association of Cayman (IMAC), marking another strong year for what it says is the world's largest captive insurance event.
The forum, scheduled for December 2–4 at The Ritz-Carlton Grand Cayman, will bring together global captive owners, service providers, and industry professionals for three days of sessions and networking. Nearly 300 first-time attendees are expected this year, signaling continued interest and growth in the captive insurance sector.
"Our sold-out event underscores not only the strength of Cayman's captive industry, but also the collaborative spirit and global reach of this community," said Michael Wild, IMAC forum committee chair.
In addition to educational programming, the 2025 event will feature popular networking activities including a welcome reception, beach gathering on Seven Mile Beach, and the annual golf tournament. Organizers are also expanding the pickleball tournament to accommodate more participants and introducing a revamped Wednesday evening event at Camana Bay.
Keynote speakers include Chris Lemons, deep-sea saturation diver and subject of the Netflix documentary Last Breath, and Rashmi Airan, a leadership speaker who addresses ethics and accountability in business.
IMAC acknowledged the contributions of its sponsors, including platinum sponsor KPMG, and speakers and attendees for their continued role in making the forum a staple on the global captive insurance calendar.
