Cayman Captive Forum 2025 to Feature Airan and Lemons as Keynotes
July 28, 2025
The Insurance Managers Association of Cayman (IMAC) has announced Rashmi Airan and Chris Lemons as the keynote speakers for the 2025 Cayman Captive Forum, scheduled for December 2–4 at the Ritz-Carlton, Grand Cayman.
Ms. Airan, a former attorney with experience in investment banking, entrepreneurship, and academia, is known for her compelling story of resilience following a federal prison sentence. Her keynote will explore personal accountability, ethical leadership, and navigating change through her RISE Process™, a framework designed for leaders facing volatility and transformation.
Mr. Lemons, a commercial saturation diver, will deliver a keynote centered on his survival after a life-threatening diving accident in 2012, during which he was left underwater without heat, light, or breathable gas for more than 40 minutes. His experience was documented in the Netflix/BBC film Last Breath and dramatized in a major motion picture released earlier this year. His address will focus on risk, endurance, and human limits.
Michael Wild, chair of the Cayman Captive Forum Committee, said, "We're excited about this year's keynote speakers. Both Rashmi and Chris bring compelling stories and unique perspectives that should resonate with our audience."
The Cayman Captive Forum is the largest captive insurance conference, with over 1,500 delegates expected to attend. The event features 3 days of educational programming and networking. Registration is open.
