Captive Resources LLC has announced a series of executive leadership changes aimed at supporting the firm's long-term growth and strategic alignment.

John Pontin has been appointed president. Mr. Pontin most recently served as chief growth officer, overseeing expansion of the firm's property and casualty and health solutions businesses. In that role, he focused on strengthening broker partnerships and advancing growth initiatives across multiple markets.

The firm also expanded its executive committee to include Steven Gransbury, president of health solutions, and Mark Knipfer, chief strategy officer. The additions reflect the company's emphasis on leadership depth and enterprise-wide coordination as it scales its operations.

"These leadership changes reflect our continued focus on the long-term growth and sustainability of Captive Resources," said Mr. Hentges, chief executive officer. "As our organization evolves, it's critical that our leadership structure evolves with it—ensuring we are positioned to serve our clients, brokers, and partners at the highest level for years to come."

"I'm excited to continue working alongside this leadership team as we further invest in our people, strengthen our client relationships, and support the continued growth of both our property and casualty and health solutions businesses," said Mr. Pontin.

Captive Resources, headquartered in Itasca, Illinois, is a consultant to group captive insurance companies. The leadership changes are intended to align the company's governance structure with its ongoing expansion in the captive insurance market.
