Captive Insurance Expert Humphries Named Partner at Honigman

Honigman LLP has named captive insurance expert Rob Humphries partner in its insurance practice group.

Mr. Humphries' practice focuses on captive insurance projects, which include mergers and acquisitions, captive structuring, and regulatory advice. He also practices in reinsurance and joint ventures, where his considerable offshore and onshore captive experience is extremely valuable.

"His extensive experience in the Cayman Islands and in the US, where he manages complex international insurance matters and represents captive insurance companies, will add tremendous value to our group and further expand our service offerings."

Mr. Humpries has served on several industry bodies and committees at both the Cayman International Reinsurance Companies Association and the Cayman Island Insurance Managers Association on their Legal and Regulatory committees.
