Brandy Vannoy has been elected the next managing partner of Johnson Lambert, effective at the end of 2025. She will succeed John Prescott, who will step down after a decade in the role. Mr. Prescott will remain with the firm, continuing to support clients and business development.

Ms. Vannoy, who joined Johnson Lambert in 2004, has held several leadership positions, including service on the firm's executive committee and as a leader in its tax practice. Prior to joining Johnson Lambert, she began her career at a Big Four accounting firm. With more than 20 years of experience, she brings a deep understanding of the firm's operations and client base.

"I'm incredibly honored and excited to lead Johnson Lambert into its next chapter. Under John's leadership, the firm has continued to grow while cultivating a culture of collaboration, specialized knowledge, and client-first service. I look forward to building on that strong foundation, focusing on driving growth, fostering innovation, and reinforcing our position as a trusted advisor," Ms. Vannoy said.

Mr. Prescott said, "It has been a great privilege to serve in the managing partner role at Johnson Lambert, and I'm immensely proud of our teams and the work we have done to grow the firm, develop our people, and serve our clients. I'm as excited today for our future as I've ever been, and I know under Brandy's leadership, we will continue to move the firm forward. Brandy is an exceptional leader, developer of people, and has great passion for serving our clients."
