Ms. Martin, client service executive at Hylant Global Captive Solutions, began her insurance career in 1986 with State Farm in Toledo, Ohio. After working as an office manager for 4 years, she transitioned to a recruiting role, developing and training new agents for State Farm in Cincinnati, Ohio. In 1999, Ms. Martin transferred to an independent agency and began focusing on construction and commercial accounts.
Coming to Hylant in March 2023, Ms. Martin joined the construction vertical as a client service manager, specializing in large project development and large construction accounts. After being promoted to client service executive in December, she has continued expanding Hylant's footprint in the construction industry.
Since joining Hylant, Ms. Martin obtained her Construction Risk Insurance Specialist (CRIS®) certification and continues to utilize the resources at Hylant for additional educational opportunities.
Outside of insurance, Ms. Martin is a lifelong musician. She has been the musical director at her church for over 25 years. She also has experience volunteering for the Humane Society, the American Foundation for Suicide Prevention, and Josina Lott.
