Ms. Louie is CEO of Sotera Global Management after 20 years in the captive insurance industry.
Ms. Louie has more than 35 years of experience in senior management, operations, IT, accounting, marketing, and administration, with over 2 decades dedicated to captive insurance. She has played a key role in feasibility studies, formation, licensing, and ongoing management of various captive insurance structures across nearly all domiciles.
Beyond her work at Sotera Global Management, Ms. Louie has served two terms on the ICCIE board, remains active on its marketing committee, and has held leadership roles with CICA and multiple state captive insurance associations. She is a former director and chairman of CICA and currently chairs the Western Region Captive Insurance Conference. In 2019, she earned ICCIE Fellow Status, recognizing her industry contributions.
