With over 30 years of experience in the insurance and risk management industry, Mr. Wieligman is a trusted adviser in the design, placement, and servicing of complex multinational property and casualty programs. His expertise centers on large retention casualty strategies and alternative risk financing methods, helping organizations reduce their total cost of risk through innovative loss containment and risk transfer solutions.

Mr. Wieligman leads a team of specialized risk advisers who deliver tailored, coverage-specific solutions to clients across industries. Mr. Wieligman is also actively involved with the teams at Hylant that structure and manage programs that include captives, risk retention groups, and other nontraditional financing vehicles. This focus enables clients to align their risk appetite with customized coverage structures that support long-term financial and operational goals.

He is an active member of the Risk and Insurance Management Society (RIMS), contributing to both the Toledo and Pittsburgh chapters, and supports financial leadership through his involvement with the Toledo Chapter of Financial Executives International.
