Mr. Queen is the owner of The Queen Firm, LLC, a law firm providing captive insurance consulting services. He started his career in captive insurance in 2015 as general counsel for a captive manager focusing on the long-term care industry. Mr. Queen has developed numerous captive programs, published dozens of articles on the field, and published the treatise Modern Captive Insurance though the American Bar Association. His services focus on providing advice and guidance to business owners seeking to take control of their risk financing, risk management, and insurance issues. He also serves as an adviser to InsurTech start-ups leveraging captive insurance.
