Ms. Nagle is a partner at Johnson Lambert LLP, specializing in audit and assurance services for captive insurance companies, commercial insurers, and governmental risk pools. She joined the firm in 2013 and became a partner in 2026.
In addition to overseeing client engagements, Ms. Nagle is involved in employee training, mentorship, and leadership of the firm's Vermont office. She serves as an instructor for the International Center for Captive Insurance Education and has presented at captive insurance and risk management industry conferences.
Ms. Nagle is a member of the American Institute of Certified Public Accountants, Vermont Society of Certified Public Accountants, Vermont Captive Insurance Association Emerging Leaders Group, and Insurance Accounting and Systems Association. She was recognized in Captive International's 2025 FORTY Under 40.
Ms. Nagle holds a bachelor of science in business administration from Bryant University, with a concentration in accounting and a minor in applied statistics. She is a Certified Public Accountant (CPA) and earned the Associate in Captive Insurance (ACI) designation.
