With over 20 years of experience, Ms. Wade-Jackson oversees advocacy and claims resolution services for a myriad of Hylant commercial property and casualty clientele. She provides expertise on various coverage and legal/litigation matters as they affect claim resolution and is the primary point of contact for all escalated/complex claim matters from Hylant’s regional operations. As the claims practice manager, Ms. Wade-Jackson also provides leadership and support in developing and implementing claim process and procedure initiatives, providing skills and content training, and professional development of Hylant's claims advocates. Her prior experience includes legal representation of clients in multidistrict litigation and working within insurers to resolve complex claims.
Ms. Wade-Jackson earned her bachelor’s degree in industrial engineering and management sciences from Northwestern University in Evanston, Illinois. She completed her law degree at Indiana University and has been licensed to practice law in Indiana since 1998. She holds an Indiana casualty insurance producer’s license.
