Mr. Williams has more than 30 years' experience in the insurance industry as an insurance company claims adjuster, large self-insured employer claims manager, global insurance broker, and currently a large nonprofit.
Mr. Williams has been director, risk management and safety with Father Flanagan's Boys Home (Boys Town), located in Nebraska, since 2014. In addition to his role at Father Flanagan's, he is active in the Omaha risk management community by serving on the local RIMS Board as well as a board member for Nebraskans for Workers' Compensation Equity and Fairness (NWCEF). NWCEF lobbies the Nebraska Legislature on legislative bills concerning workers compensation.
Father Flanagan's Boys Home formed a Tennessee-domiciled captive, Square Mile Insurance Company, in 2022. The captive includes a layer of excess coverage, medical stop-loss, and funds deductibles for the organization's workers compensation and property policies.
