Mr. Konrad is vice president of value-based care insurance, accident, and health, at Coverys. With more than 30 years of experience in the insurance and financial services industries, he specializes in employee benefits, value-based care, alternative risk transfer, and captive insurance strategies. Before joining Coverys in 2021, Mr. Konrad held leadership roles at Roundstone Management and Citizens Bank, where he focused on employee benefits, captive insurance, and risk financing solutions. He holds a master of international business administration from Baldwin Wallace University and a bachelor of science in finance and international business from the Ohio State University.
