Ms. Baker is vice president of enterprise risk management at Tenda and the Ilitch Companies, where she leads enterprise risk and captive insurance operations. With more than 25 years of experience in risk management, insurance, and captive strategy, she previously held leadership roles with Stellantis, Blue Cross Blue Shield of Michigan, and Marsh. She serves on the board of the Captive Insurance Companies Association and is a leader of its Amplify Women initiative. She has been recognized by Captive Review as Risk Manager of the Year and as one of the captive industry's leading professionals for her contributions to risk management and captive insurance.
