Lloyd's has announced the 12 companies that will join the 15th cohort of the market's Lloyd's Lab accelerator innovation hub.
According to Lloyds, the selected companies demonstrated exceptional potential to tackle some of the market's most pressing challenges, from enabling energy infrastructure to managing environmental risk and streamlining claims. Companies were chosen for the Lloyd's Lab cohort following a competitive "pitch day."
The latest cohort will have a strong focus on three strategic themes: "adapting to a changing world," "traditional lines for today," and "data intelligence and process transformation." Lloyd's said the themes reflect the market's strategic priorities in building a more resilient, data-driven, and future-ready insurance marketplace.
Companies included in the "adapting to a changing world" group include the following.
- ATG Services. ATG Services is an environmental services company specializing in land restoration and per- and polyfluoroalkyl substances (PFAS) remediation. With the United Kingdom's most comprehensive "forever chemical" database, ATG is developing scalable solutions to support insurers in managing environmental risk and improving contaminated land outcomes.

The following company will focus on the "traditional lines for today" theme.
- Pinepeak. Pinepeak uses physics-based algorithms and geospatial AI to predict wildfire risk and behavior. It delivers hyper-local forecasts and real-time intelligence, helping insurers assess exposure, price coverage confidently, and manage portfolios more effectively across the evolving global built environment.
