Willis Towers Watson has expanded its benefit financing team in North America with the appointment of Paul McNiff as a director in its Global Services and Solutions consulting business. In this newly created position, Mr. McNiff will consult with employers in all areas of global benefit financing and, specifically, employee benefit captives.

"We are delighted that Paul has accepted this important role," said Mark Cook, senior director in Willis Towers Watson's Global Services and Solutions. "His extensive expertise consulting on employee benefit captives, as well as in broader global benefit consulting, will be invaluable in growing this business, particularly as more companies explore and implement captive insurance vehicles for employee benefits as part of a wider integrated risk management program. We look forward to his many contributions."

Mr. McNiff has been with Willis Towers Watson for over 12 years, most recently having served as a consulting actuary. He will be based in the New York office.
