JLT Insurance Management (USA) LLC (JLTIM) recently announced the addition of four new senior executives to its US team. Stacy Riley arrives at the firm as assistant captive practice leader, while Susan Muscat, Rob Ramos, and Mary Richards all join as senior account executives.

"With these new hires, JLT Insurance Management adds the captive insurance experience and expertise our clients have come to expect from us," says JLTIM CEO Guy Ragosta. "We are all excited to welcome them as integral parts of our growing firm."

The four new professionals have many decades of combined industry experience. Previously, Ms. Riley worked as senior tax manager for Crowe Horwath's captive services group, an account executive for Aon's captive practice, and a senior financial analyst for Ben and Jerry's.

Before joining JLTIM, Ms. Muscat worked at Willis Towers Watson as a senior account manager and assistant vice president. She also held the position of account manager and assistant vice president for HSBC Insurance Management, and prior to that, she worked at Marsh Management Services as well as AIG Insurance Management Services.

Mr. Ramos comes to JLTIM from USA Risk Group, where he was a senior account manager. He was also account manager at Wilmington Trust and at Smith Bell & Thompson.

Ms. Richards rejoins JLTIM, where she was previously executive vice president. She was also vice president and senior account manager for Champlain Captive Management.
