Ms. Der Schwartz holds a bachelor of science degree in international economics and Japanese from the Georgia Institute of Technology in Atlanta. She began work in the property and casualty insurance industry in 2013 as a workers compensation claims adjuster and joined Brit Insurance in April 2019. She is actively pursuing membership in the Casualty Actuarial Society (CAS) through the examination process.
