Ms. Landry has more than 25 years of experience in the insurance, healthcare, risk financing, retirement, and benefits industries. She is an internationally recognized leader in captive insurance strategy, benefits, and financing. In addition, she helps a variety of governmental, corporate, insurance, financial services, and healthcare provider clients develop and implement new strategies and programs, both domestically and internationally. Ms. Landry's expertise in life, health and retirement benefits, risk financing, property and casualty, and insurance has helped clients to develop customized, innovative solutions. During her career, Ms. Landry has developed eight patents in insurance and has received numerous industry awards. In 2010, she was named a Risk Innovator by Risk & Insurance magazine, and in 2012 she was one of the Business Insurance Top 25 Women To Watch. She has also been included for many years in the Captive Review Power 50 for the captive insurance industry. In 2015, Ms. Landry was named top Employee Benefits Advisor by Employee Benefits Advisor magazine.
Mr. McDonald serves as director of captives for the South Carolina Department of Insurance—Captive Division. He was previously the manager for products and content related to captives and risk financing for IRMI.
Prior to joining IRMI in 2020, Mr. McDonald served as an insurance regulator in South Carolina for 12 years (2008–2020). His role and responsibilities at the South Carolina Department of Insurance (SCDOI) focused on issues surrounding the coastal property insurance market, while focusing on attracting and licensing captive insurance companies and marketing South Carolina as a premier onshore domicile. He lead/facilitated the licensing process for companies creating captives in the state, actively coordinating with captive managers, actuaries, and other service providers to assist their efforts in collecting and compiling the applicable information and documentation necessary for captive formation, while contributing in the decision-making process when determining licensure for viable captive insurance companies. He serves on the Captive Insurance Companies Association NEXTGen Committee and is actively involved in various efforts to promote the captive industry.
He holds a bachelor of arts degree with a double major in philosophy and religious studies and a master of arts degree in religious studies from the University of South Carolina and is currently pursuing the Certified Property Casualty Underwriter designation. Prior to completing his graduate studies and joining the SCDOI, Mr. McDonald worked for the South Carolina Senate and the University of South Carolina.

Mr. Johnson, FCAS, MAAA, leads Spring Consulting Group's property and casualty actuarial team and works on a range of client projects as well as regulatory initiatives. With 20 years of experience working in reserving, pricing, alternative risk transfer, captive consulting, and reinsurance risk transfer, Mr. Johnson is responsible for developing Spring's property and casualty actuarial products and services for both large and small captive insurance companies, self-insured entities, large deductible insureds, and traditional insurance companies. His role includes issuing statements of actuarial opinions, reserve/incurred but not reported reviews, collateral analyses, captive application reviews, captive feasibility studies, pricing/funding studies, retention analyses, financial statement projections, and risk transfer testing analyses. Before joining Spring Consulting Group in 2017, Mr. Johnson worked at Bartlett Actuarial Group and previously worked at Milliman and Allstate.
He is a fellow of the Casualty Actuarial Society (FCAS) and a member of the American Academy of Actuaries (MAAA).

As senior vice president of Spring Consulting Group, Mr. Lakhanpal provides technical and business inputs in the areas of employer-sponsored and voluntary employee benefits, product development, technology solutions, risk funding solutions, and captive insurance. He undertakes strategic projects to help find innovative solutions for clients of a variety of industries, sizes, and functionalities. Mr. Lakhanpal joined Spring Consulting in 2015 as a graduate from Babson College, graduating with a master's degree in business administration. He is also a graduate of University of Delhi. Prior to joining Spring Consulting Group, he worked at a consulting firm that advised on finance, tax, and legal advisory, and he has also worked as a consultant and adviser to clients in various industries and sectors.
