    • Charo Richardson, CPA, ACI, Senior Regulator - Insurance;

    • Charonay Carty, ACI, Senior Regulator; and

Mr. Feldman and Ms. Curtis also met with Lanston (Lance) Connor, who heads up the Commercial Registry (corresponding to the duties of a state’s secretary of state); and Steve Garlick, CEO of Anguilla Finance, a quasi-governmental umbrella organization that coordinates the financial sector in Anguilla.

The two-day trip entailed extended discussions regarding the state of the captive insurance industry and recent insurance developments. Additionally, Mr. Feldman bound many hundreds of insurance policies on behalf of a wide range of Capstone clients following discussions with Ms. Curtis, acting as the resident insurance manager for these captive insurers.

Issues particular to individual client's captives and issues having a broader application were addressed. Capstone is well-recognized by the AFSC as a captive partner that ensures that Anguilla-domiciled captives are managed in accordance with law and regulations.

We're looking forward to continuing to strengthen our more than ten-year relationship with Anguilla as a captive domicile."

Capstone meets with and engages in discussions regularly with the AFSC officials to address a range of ongoing issues involving regulated insurers.
