Western Region Captive Insurance Conference 2020 Announced

WRCIC-2019-480x377
October 29, 2019

The 2020 Western Region Captive Insurance Conference (WRCIC) is set for May 18–20 in Salt Lake City, Utah. The 3-day event will take place at Little America Hotel in downtown Salt Lake City.

Brandy Alderson, UCIA president and WRCIC conference chair, said, "The WRCIC continues to serve the entire western United States, working together to enhance collaboration, cooperation, and best practices."

Entering into its 10th year, the conference will be expanded with new educational content including an enhanced Captive 101 boot camp, more networking opportunities, and additional advanced sessions including hot topics, trends, and the next level in captive insurance.

Rae Brown, AzCIA president and WRCIC board chair, said, "The WRCIC committee works hard to create conference sessions that are structured to provide substantive captive education for owners, providers, regulators, and friends. We invite you to attend this outstanding conference and share insights and challenges with your peers and industry experts."

The event provides the industry with networking opportunities, including the annual WRCIC golf outing and a well-attended Tuesday night special activity where the industry celebrates successes and the future.

WRCIC is hosted jointly by the Arizona, Missouri, and Utah captive insurance associations.
