BevCap Management Brings on Jeff Marchino

Veteran employee benefits expert Jeff Marchino joined BevCap Management, LLC, last month as senior vice president based in McKinney, Texas.

Mr. Marchino has more than 25 years of experience in employee benefits. Most recently, Mr. Marchino was with Holmes Murphy & Associates in Dallas, where he assisted clients with their employee benefit programs.

Prior to joining Holmes Murphy, Mr. Marchino was a sales director for more than 2 decades in the Dallas office of health insurer Aetna Inc.

"We are delighted and fortunate to have Jeff join our team at BevCap Management. He will be responsible for refining and streamlining the processes of the benefits program management at BevCap," said Lance Abbott, president of BevCap Management.

"In addition, he will guide our strategy for our heterogeneous Cayman program that welcomes production from third-party brokers and will look to expand that segment of our business," Mr. Abbott added.

BevCap has various company units including one that helps clients analyze whether a captive insurance company would be an alternative to help control their healthcare costs.

In addition, BevCap sponsors a group captive—BevCap Captive Group, a Hawaii-domiciled captive that provides coverage for the beverage distribution industry through both property-casualty and health cell units. Coverages include workers compensation, general liability, auto liability, and auto physical damage, as well as medical benefits.
