Spring Consulting Group, LLC is looking for an individual to join and provide support to our strategic consulting teams in the areas of disability, healthcare, life insurance, captive insurance and retirement services in our Boston office. You will provide support to senior consultants and project team members in the following areas:
—Provide a high level of quality service, professionalism and commitment to a group of clients
—Work with the team and interface with clients to resolve issues, review contracts, documents and consulting deliverables for completeness and accuracy
—Prepare marketing proposals and administer/implement new client installations and renewals
—Support the consulting team in the areas of project management, workload and day to day assignments
—Other duties as required
The ideal candidate will have a bachelor’s degree in business or a related discipline and 1–3 years experience in the Employee Benefits, Human Resources or Finance field with either a large employer or financial services provider, and technical knowledge in some or all of the areas we serve. Interest in completing the CEBS, CLU, and/or ARM designations. Life and Health License preferred.
