The principals of CAPTIVE.COM, LLC have collectively decided to focus their limited time and resources on:

1. Maintaining the Internet virtual community called captive.com: The Business to Business Risk & Insurance Exchange.
   
   The objective of captive.com is to serve as an information resource and networking center for anyone with an interest in Alternative Insurance Markets. We will remain the principal gateway for the alternative risk industry, using the Internet's strengths to facilitate new business relationships.
   
   Captive.com is the Internet's only independent, unbiased gateway serving the ART market. We take pride in bringing a rich resource to the Internet that is not a vehicle to garner business for our own consulting company. All new business is channeled to our advertising members.
   
   
2. Working with captive.com's member companies to develop innovative insurance products, training materials, templates, and tools for use by ART markets.
   
   
3. Maintaining a companion Internet website at www.CaptiveLearning.com, focused on training for the captive industry that is affordable and "open for business" 24 hours a day, 7 days a week. Course participants will never be tied to our schedule -- we'll be tied to theirs. There will be considerable synergy between Captive.com and CaptiveLearning.com, and we anticipate that CaptiveLearning will build on the success and popularity of Captive.com.
