John Salisbury

Meet John Salisbury, CPCU, ARM John Salisbury has served as President of captive.com, llc since 1997.
He has extensive program development, management experience.
Mr. Salisbury is a licensed insurance producer and has CPCU
and ARM designations. From 1987 to late 1996 he served as the
President and CEO of two captive insurance companies, an insurance
agency, an association and a digital, interactive, satellite
distance learning network. All of the companies served the public
housing niche.
Mr. Salisbury has
experience in developing and managing group workers compensation,
health, property and liability programs with or for associations
or niche groups. He recently retired as President and Chief
Executive Officer of Government Entities Mutual, Inc.(GEM),
a captive reinsurance company, and is now able to devote himself
fully to CaptiveLearning.com
which was launched officially on August 1, 2008.
He has an undergraduate
degree from Bucknell University and a masters degree from the
Wharton School of the University of Pennsylvania.

Chris Mancini
Ms.
Mancini, CEO of CAPTIVE.COM, LLC, is responsible for the full-time
operation of The Business to Business Risk and Insurance Exchange,
www.captive.com.
Prior to joining captive.com
in 1995, Ms. Mancini enjoyed an 8-year career as a Commercial
Insurance Training Consultant for The Hartford and Aetna. She
led the development of interactive Computer Based Training products
and Electronic Performance Support tools for underwriting and
claim employees. She regularly facilitated executive and technical
team meetings to define and achieve strategic and tactical change.
Prior to her insurance career, Chris was a secondary school
business and computer programming educator.
Ms. Mancini holds
AS and BS Degrees in Business Administration and Business Education
from the University of Hartford. Her Master's Degree majors
include computer science, education and business. She also received
a CIC designation during her tenure at Aetna Commercial Lines
Training & Education. Chris continues to pursue ongoing
education.
