John Salisbury has served as Chief Executive Officer in captive insurance companies. These companies are association captives and a risk retention group providing property/casualty coverages nationwide to a niche market. He has his CPCU and ARM designations. Mr. Salisbury's expertise is broad-based, after many years in alternative insurance. He is currently President and Chief Executive Officer of Government Entities Mutual, Inc.(GEM), a captive reinsurance company, which started operations on January 1, 2003. The Company was capitalized with $8 million of surplus contributions from member public entity pools. The captive is licensed to provide liability, property, and workers’ compensation reinsurance for pools and public entities. GEM is domiciled in Washington, DC.

Chris Mancini is responsible for the full-time operation of captive.com. Her background includes Internet marketing, design, and development, commercial lines property/casualty training, computer based training for underwriters and claim representatives, electronic performance support systems for insurance technical employees, and strategic meeting facilitation.

John Foehl has served as a chief financial officer in both the banking and captive insurance industry and has his designation as a certified financial planner (CFP).
