The risk management, risk financing and insurance management services provided by CISL are as follows:

Risk Management consultancy for companies and individuals wishing to improve existing or implement new and comprehensive risk management programmes.

Risk Financing consultancy to help assess levels of retention based on a company’s risk profile and appetite for risk. Thereafter to identify the most appropriate risk financing strategy for that company.

Captive Insurance feasibility studies to help the client assess its exposures, loss results, and insurance pricing, and the viability of forming a captive insurance company or other risk financing vehicle such as a segregated portfolio company. CISL will also help with preparing and submitting the insurance application to the relevant insurance regulator.

Captive Insurance Management to provide underwriting, claims, accounting and secretarial services to owners of Cayman Island captives. If other domiciles are selected then CISL can assist in the selection of other managers.
