Tennessee Captive Insurance Association Fully Operational September 12, 2011 - The Tennessee Captive Insurance Association (TCIA) today announced that the organization is now fully operational and will be working to promote the state as a premiere captive insurance domicile, particularly for those interested in having their captives based in the Southeastern United States. Consistent with this mission, TCIA is pleased to let you know about the following association news: Membership - TCIA is now accepting membership applications. This is your opportunity to be on the ground floor of Tennessee's soon to be explosive captive insurance industry. Annual Conference - TCIA will be holding its Inaugural Annual Conference December 6-7 in Nashville. This is THE event where critical business relationships will be established. Social Media Connection - TCIA has established a Facebook page to help its members stay connected in real time as the Tennessee domicile evolves. Involvement Opportunities - Work will begin later this year to organize volunteer committees to assist with development and execution of association initiatives designed to strengthen and grow the domiciles. All members will be eligible to participate.
