GossRe Hires Alexander J. Fox as Senior Broker and Vice President
Alex is a highly experienced reinsurance broker, spending much of his career producing, placing, and servicing reinsurance programs as well as providing analytical expertise to specialty insurance writers. He has worked with insurance companies, captives, risk retention groups and other risk financing entities. He is experienced in placing reinsurance for all lines of business, though has extensive experience in professional liability programs. Alex has not only been a broker, but has also worked as an equity analyst covering the insurance industry. He has been a frequent speaker on the subject of reinsurance as well as an author and source for major industry publications. Alex has an M.B.A. in Finance from The University of Texas at Austin, a B.A. in Economics from Skidmore College as well as an Associate in Reinsurance (ARe) designation from the Insurance Institute of America.
