Nolan takes the helm of OnPoint Underwriting after serving for nine years at Medical Group Insurance Services, Inc., where he held several senior-level positions. As Vice President of Operations, he was responsible for the operations of the long-term disability, short-term disability, and life insurance product lines underwritten on behalf of Sun Life Financial. He also directed all benefit product functions, totaling $90 million in annual premiums. Prior to joining MGIS, Nolan worked as an underwriter for Sherwood Insurance Services, now Swett & Crawford, and Aon Risk Services. Nolan is a graduate of the University of California, San Diego, where he received his Bachelor of Arts degree in Economics. He holds a Doctor of Jurisprudence degree from the University of Utah S.J.
