—Lead all accounting functions, policies and procedures, including payroll and accounts payable/receivable.
—Produce financial statements and management reports.
—Analyze systems and processes to improve efficiency and ensure compliance.
—Manage commercial banking relationships.
—Identify cost-savings initiatives to support company vision and goals.
—Assist in planning and developing annual budgets.
—BA/BS Accounting/Finance, minimum 5 years’ experience
—Strategic thinker with drive for process improvement
—Knowledge of generally accepted accounting principles
—Experience with integrated software
—Project organization, multi-tasking and good written and verbal communication skills
—Ability to work with executive-level management
—Experience in a professional services firm a plus
