The Group Room Rate for July 12, 13 and 14 is a steeply-discounted $130 per night + 12% MPT Occupancy Tax. Should you wish to arriver earlier than the 12th or extend your stay beyond the 14th, contact Foxwoods directly to book the additional nights, which will be at a higher rate. Check-in time is after 4:00 p.m., but Foxwoods will make every effort to assign guest rooms to early arrivals as rooms become available. Check-out time is by 12 noon, so you will need to plan for this If you will be departing on July 14th. All room reservations must be paid in full by check or with a major credit card. Cancellation Policy: Captive Workshops is bound by contract with Foxwoods to pay for the rooms we block. For this reason, room cancellations must be made in writing to the Captive Workshops office before July 6. Cancellations on or before July 6 will receive a refund of 50% of the total seminar fee. Cancellations after July 6th will not receive a refund; however, we would be happy to transfer your registration to another member of your company or to a colleague. If Captive Workshops cancels the event, Captive Workshops is not responsible for any airfare or other costs incurred by registrants. The reservation cut-off date is Tuesday, 6/22/04, but book ASAP to ensure your room! Foxwoods is a popular resort destination, and will be filled to capacity in July. Because this is our first seminar, we reserved a limited block of rooms, with the option to reserve more at the discounted rate if we need them, BASED ON AVAILABILITY. If we snooze, we lose! If early demand is strong, we will reserve additional rooms but there is only a short window of opportunity for us to do that. Foxoods Reservation Instructions: For your convenience, Captive Workshops will coordinate all room reservations for this event until our room block is filled. After that, you will need to reserve your room directly with the hotel. To pay by credit card, please complete the online registration form on our secure server. This form will take care of both your seminar registration and hotel reservation. Please be sure to read the Cancellation Policy above. If you prefer to pay by check, you may download and print the manual form, complete it, and fax it to Chris Mancini at 860.276.9795. We will take care of the rest. Checks must be drawn on a US bank, and the deadline for payment by check is June 29th. Mail your check to captive.com, 22 Summit Farms Road, Southington, CT 06489. Other Area Lodging (you may make reservations on your own at either of these properties): Hilltop Inn and Suites: A new hotel offering 139 rooms, approximately 3 miles from Foxwoods. While this is not a four-diamond property, the rates are reasonable, and limousine service to the casino is available. King Jacuzzi Suites are available, and the hotel features complimentary deluxe continental breakfast and other amenities. 373 Route 2 Abbey's Lantern Hill Inn: A 7-room Bed & Breakfast, located within walking distance of Foxwoods. 780 Lantern Hill Road |
